Luke Letlow, a Republican, was elected as U.S. consultant for Louisiana’s fifth Congressional District in a December runoff.
Letlow spokesman Andrew Bautsch confirmed the congressman-elect’s dying at Ochsner-LSU Well being Shreveport on Letlow’s Fb web page.
